About Me
Born to two amazing technocrats, I grew up in Harare, the capital of Zimbabwe. I had the privilege of attending Avondale Primary School for my primary education and later enrolled at St John's also located in the capital city. Throughout my academic journey, I excelled in my studies, achieving remarkable results in my A-Levels. I was honored to receive prizes and merit awards for being the top student in each subject. The awards were presented to me by the esteemed guest of honor, the then Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Education, during a prestigious ceremony held at our school.
Initially, my parents had different aspirations for my career. My father, a PhD holder in education and technology, wanted me to become a software engineer. On the other hand, my mother envisioned me as a diplomat. However, I had my own dreams of becoming a lawyer. Ultimately, I decided to pursue international relations for my advanced education in Canada. Despite the loss of my father prior to my graduation, I wanted to excel in various fields, so I enrolled in several certificate programs. Today, I hold certificates in artificial intelligence, digital marketing, web development, financial accounting, content creation, business, and career coaching. Throughout my journey, I discovered a passion for career development. I realized that there was a need for a new perspective on the connection between recruitment and performance in the corporate world. I delve into this topic extensively in my book, "The Career Interview Blueprint."
My entrepreneurship desire was born out of transitioning from an employee mindset to an employer mindset. After facing difficulties as an employee, I learned valuable lessons that motivated me to become an entrepreneur. Now, at the age of 33, I am a vibrant and dynamic entrepreneur. I am also a certified career development coach, bestselling author, and a teacher of the gospel of grace. I am the founder and president of Elpo Interview Coaching Experts, an online consultancy that focuses on career development training and improving employment and job promotion opportunities. Our services include mock interviews, resume writing, career guidance, and counseling.
However, above all else, the revelation of God's grace through Jesus Christ has had the biggest impact on my life. I have always felt a calling from God to play a role in one of the five-fold divine ministries, specifically in teaching about the grace of God. In pursuit of this calling, I have written two books titled "The Resume of Christ" and "From Self to Christ: Embracing Your True Identity". My ultimate goal is to free people from the bondage of guilt, self-condemnation, purposelessness, suicidal tendencies caused by frustration over life's challenges, and negative circumstances. Additionally, I aim to help those who are blinded by false doctrines in the Christian faith, which deceive people into spending money on blessings in order to improve their lives.
My main objective is to emphasize that Christ is sufficient for every individual and that He is the ultimate answer to all our needs. It is in Him that we find true fulfillment, not in the false allure of wealth or authority. Our focus should shift from self-confidence to confidence in Christ. Instead of being excessively self-analytical, we should redirect our introspection towards Christ. I strive to unveil the importance of placing Him at the core of our lives, rather than sidelining Him to uphold our own fabricated religious principles.
Helping others both professionally and spiritually brings me immense joy and fulfillment. I find great satisfaction in being able to contribute to the betterment of individuals and society as a whole. My ultimate goal is to make a positive impact and foster a productive and peaceful world where everyone can thrive. Whether it is guiding individuals in their professional endeavors or providing spiritual support, I am committed to offering my expertise and assistance. Through my projects and by the grace of God, I aim to empower people to reach their full potential and lead meaningful lives. I believe that by helping others, we create a ripple effect of kindness and positivity that can transform our communities and ultimately, the world.
My name, Farai, translates to "Rejoice" or "be happy". This perfectly encapsulates my essence and purpose - to bring joy and happiness to others in all aspects of their lives. I believe that everyone deserves to experience genuine happiness, and I am committed to spreading positivity and creating an environment where people can thrive. Whether it is through my interactions with friends, family, or colleagues, I strive to uplift and inspire those around me. Seeing others happy brings me immense joy, and I am constantly seeking ways to make a positive impact in their lives. By spreading happiness, I hope to create a ripple effect that will spread throughout the world, making it a better place for all.
